Founder and Chairperson of Sara Grech Limited, responsible for strategic plans, projects and for creating more work opportunities.  Sara’s vast experience in the industry has proved very beneficial towards the continuous economic growth of the company. Her hands on approach together with her management, administration and selling skills have proved crucial in guaranteeing an excellent service towards both the internal customer and the external customers. She enjoys a lot of respect not only within the real estate industry but also with the general public. As a consultant my role was to work with external customers, showing them property according to their requirements and helping them attain what they want. I really enjoyed working with clients as each request was different from the other and this helped me to like my job which I found very interesting due to diversity and excitement of meeting new people. There are lots of great opportunities and I look forward to what each working day brings.  I take great pleasure in working with people and I particularly enjoy the opportunity to deal with people from all walks of life.
This led me to my appointment as branch manager. I can clearly remember during our Christmas staff gathering when Sara Grech announced the new appointment of a branch manager and encouraged applicants. I applied, was interviewed, went through a rigorous training period of learning and worked through the development opportunities, and here I am, branch manager to the St Paul’s Bay Branch.
I am proud to say that I am required to maintain my expertise and undertake continuous learning. I think it’s an important thing that while you are working you are constantly learning and expanding your skill set.
The Company provides the opportunity and support to develop skills and expertise. “If you work hard and you are consistent in your commitment, you can get to where you want to go.”
Asked about why he chose to work for Sara Grech, George explains, “I wanted a lot of different things from a job.” He elaborates saying, “I wanted something that would be continually interesting and would offer a variety of challenges, and Sara Grech offered exactly that. Today I have come to know Sara Grech and the Team. The Company works hard to make things simple in a complex world. Sara Grech is based on three principles, hands on approach, quick action and respect. Sara Grech herself is involved with everyone in the Company and therefore shares her expertise across the group. As founder and Chairperson she is responsible for strategic plans, projects and for creating more work opportunities.  Her determination is our driving force as we all progress to continually increase the company’s share in the market and enhance our standard of services through our consultants. I have been involved and working for the company for more than twelve years.  I started as a property consultant and as of 2010 that I started working as a manager for the Fgura Branch. Prior to this I worked as a property consultant for several years with this company. This experience has taught me what helping people with their property needs is all about, and that people from different walks of life have different needs, and this is one very interesting aspect of this job.
The company is made up of people who are constantly enthusiastic to help people with their property needs, this is what entices me to continue being involved with the said company.  We are trained that our company strives to reach excellence and nothing less.
My past experience as a property consultant has helped me understand what the company is all about. Its about being there to offer a sincere and genuine service, and this I believe is a watermark of our company.
Sara’s constant enthusiasm and boost keeps us all moving in the correct direction and reminded that our priority is our client. Each day brings different challenges, which I feel the company has prepared us well for.
No day is like any other, within the company since this business means meeting so many different people every day and learning to understand the people whom we strive so hard to help and satisfy and thus making our clients truly believe that we are, “easy to remember and hard to forget.”
