As we are still in the beginning of a new year, I feel an enormous wave of optimism for the future. Offices are strategically located around the island with the intent of a further branch in the near future. Each office is run by a branch manager and his assistant with the contribution of the administration team at Head office.

There is now room for further expansion. In fact, we are seeking to recruit property consultants, who need not have previous experience in this line of work. We have catered training programs to help each and everyone make the best use of their natural capabilities. The business is clearly there, with an ever growing portfolio of properties and new clients attracted by the personal service we offer. Our strategy is built on confidence. I am often asked why I have continued working in this line of business. Well, I find this line very satisfying. There is a new challenge coming up all the time and there is something different to do every day. Apart from the financial remuneration, this is and every changing business from which I find I am always learning. The variety is also stimulating.
