To manage the day to day estate agency business within the defined branch location, working closely with staff to maximize income and profit from a range of products and services.

Key Objectives:

Responsible to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets. Responsible for sourcing, recruiting and retaining staff. Setting and reviewing performance standards. Motivating with rewards and incentives. Development of team members. Implementing agreed business plans. Listing and selling properties. Maintain a compliant business.

Experience/Qualifications:

2+ years as a high performer. 2 + years experience in the Estate Agency Industry and experience of assuming some management responsibilities. Driving Licence and own car essential.
