As the Property Manager you will be required to meet prospective tenants, and explain terms of occupancy. In addition, you will inspect the properties routinely to determine the necessity of repairs or maintenance. You will investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations. Other duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Schedule general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for the property. Manage operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of the property. Maintain records of rental or usage activity, maintenance and operating costs, and property availability.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in Property Management
Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task
Previous experience with property is preferred
