The last week of  November was a night to remember. Held at the Westin Dragonara Resort in St Julians, the islands leading estate agents Sara Grech held their Annual Xmas Party and Ira Losco was the highlight of the evening.

Ms Sara Grech commented that “Xmas was the time that we found ourselves reflecting on the past year and on those people that helped shape our business in a most significant way. We value our relationship with our customers and we look forward to working with them in the years to come. We wanted them to enjoy this event in a most meaningful way”.
The doors opened at around 8pm for some 450 guests were they were accompanied by two beautiful female ushers from the Hotel foyer to the ballroom on a red carpet. Photographers did not miss a single beat getting snapshots of all couples on their entrance. These images together with others taken during the party were surprisingly displayed on a large screen throughout the entire evening.

The entry onto the ballroom and the ballroom itself was lavishly decorated and a xmas tree was hung upside down. Customers commented that the action stations were customised in the form of an S and a G (the Sara Grech initials) complete with a large bar in the middle of the room to ensure that no one was left to queue for a drink.

The food was exceptional with cold and hot canapes to start with and as the evening took off the carving stations opened up to roast suckling pig, a mussel live station and a delicious crepe station.

Throughout the evening popular DJ Ian Lang made sure that all customers hit the dance floor. Ira Losco was the highlight of the evening and all guests watched and joined  in enthusiastically. Sara Grech opened the dance floor with her son Benjamin, and plenty of guests followed.

The Sara Grech Staff could not believe that they as well as their customers and collegues were still going strong at 4.30am...It was one night to remember.
