A vacancy currently exists for a marketing manager who will work on strategic initiatives. This role will assume responsibility for the following: Implementation of the corporate marketing plans to successfully promote our services Responsibility for activities including data sourcing, direct marketing, communications, PR, advertising, research and evaluation Contribution towards management reporting and budgeting with a focus on accountability Liaising with the Managers and Chairperson to deliver plans on time and within budget Contributing to the overall business strategy and marketing planning Process Creating targeted and innovative communications Implementation of marketing plans including email campaigns Printed media including the scheduling, design and distribution of course lists and other print marketing Managing relationships with existing media partners Ensuring that the website is maintained, accurate and up to date The Candidate This role will suit someone with a very commercial sense of marketing and a background in marketing professional services and implementing campaigns to deliver measurable ROI. Prior experience of delivering a marketing plan on time and on budget is essential. Demonstrable experience in delivering B2B marketing campaigns across a variety of channels Understanding of customer journeys and communication planning Numerical and analytical skills Educated to degree level, either within Marketing or with a relevant marketing qualification Marketing experience within the property industry sector is preferable
