To maintain the administrative functions within the branch office.

Responsibility for the computerized database and the production of property details. Dealing with professional people by telephone. Face to face contact with colleagues. 

Key objectives:

To maintain and update database, control stationary stocks, produce property details, maintain photos of properties, deal with customers when required. General secretarial and Admin duties.

Experience/Qualifications:

1+ years experience in a sales office. Basic computer skills with a good knowledge of excel and Word.  Be able to work on own initiative and the ability to work with constant work loads. Excellent communication skills an asset as well as organized.
